Kyoka Sushi Bar is a hidden gem! The waitress was incredibly nice and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. We opted for the all-you-can-eat option for $31, and it was absolutely worth it! The sushi was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. Highly recommend this spot for amazing sushi and great service--can't wait to go back!

This place was so amazing! We took my sister here for her birthday. From the moment we walked in the door, the staff members were SUPER friendly. The restaurant was very clean and inviting. And the food was delicioso!! Had a table of about 10 people and not one complaint about any of our food. We decided not to do All You Can Eat and got regular dinner plates and appetizers. I would recommend this restaurant to any and everyone.

Really happy to find this place. We stopped in to try their lunch "all you can eat" menu and ended up pleasantly surprised that the selection! I started with the Miso soup, which was very tasty and nice and hot. I then had the crispy calamari, which was very tasty in the sweet and sour sauce. For my sushi I ordered a spicy tuna roll plate (8 rolls) that my partner shared with me. My partner ordered the Dragon roll (8 pieces) and the Rainbow roll (8 pieces). Everything was really good, came out pretty fast and our wait person was very helpful to these first timers. We finished with red bean ice cream (azuki beans) and that was also very yummy. For $23.95 pp, it was worth having so many menu items to choose from and we chose well because we liked everything we had! Will be back again!

I enjoyed my meal here. I didn't do the AYCE because I wasn't that hungry. the sushi was good but it tasted like the rice or salmon was previously frozen. delicious fried rice which a great amount of shrimp. the only issues I have with this restaurant is cosmetic and cleanliness. The restroom wasn't the cleanest + I saw in the review that this restaurant is fairly new. there were some damage to the table and seats which were a bit odd. and my soy sauce bowl had water spots. overall, it was good and satisfied the craving I had without going into the city.

Update: Management explained that the price increase is because now drinks are included, which I suppose is fair and not just a straight increase. I appreciate that they took the time to explain! Their fish is fresh and rolls are good, but their fried dishes are interesting and not in a good way. The $20 AYCE lunch price went up by $4 in less than half a year from opening, and that's just crazy in such a short time period. Will still be back but muuuuuch less because of the updated price when there are buffets with better variety at similar price points.

Came in before the dinner rush on a weeknight. The service (Rachel was my waitress) was fantastic, and the restaurant was very clean. Server was very helpful and explained everything well. The food tasted awesome, and was cooked perfectly. Ordered beef teriyaki and it was great. Presentation was nice too, if you're into that Great place for dinner. Definitely recommend!

Delicious AYCE sushi restaurant in Round Rock!!! They have a great variety of special rolls. Appetizers and other options like teriyaki, fried rice/udon are served in a small portion which make them perfect to try a little bit of everything without being overly full and no room for sushi. The thing that sets this place apart from other AYCE sushi spots is that nigiri is included in the lunch price. Special rolls: we got Volcano, Austin, Kyoka, Shaggy Dog, Tiger Eye, and 911 Roll. They're all 5/5!! The ones are wrapped in soy paper are very good. Some other basic rolls like salmon roll and Alaska roll are ok. Appetizers and others: - Seaweed salad is refreshing and cleans your palate from rounds of sushi. - Crab Rangoons are fresh out of the fryer - they're crispy, creamy, and make you even happier when dipping the crispy wonton wrapper in their sweet and sour sauce. - Crispy calamari: It's meh. The calamari looks stale inside, the crunchy coat just masks it. - Miso soup: Good, nothing very special about it. - Tuna tataki and peppered tuna: refreshing and flavorful. Dessert: they only offer ice cream with a few different flavors. Red bean ice cream tastes nothing like red bean, it tastes just like vanilla ice cream..lol. There're a couple of red beans inside and they don't taste like red bean at all, which is funny. However, it's totally fine because their main stuff is good, we're not here for the dessert. Service: Our server is very nice and very attentive. She fills our water when it's 2/3 down. She even remembers our order preferences on some rolls when we repeat some the second time. The restaurant is clean, bright, nicely decorated, has good sound system and plays good songs. This is located in the shopping center next to H‑E‑B, located next to Pita Fusion, so there're plenty of parking spots. We're very happy with Kyoka and we'll surely be back!

What a steal!! $20/person for lunch with 2 hours limit!! Highly recommend the Austin roll (deep fried) and Kyoka roll (soy paper). Good amount of filling and not too much rice. There basic rolls (I got salmon and alaska rolls) were alright. Raw salmon is not the freshest there so don't really recommend. Crab rangoon was fun to eat. And the steak teriyaki is actually pretty good. I like that they come out in small portions and quick too so we can try many things. Nigiri sushi was ok. Eel was good. But a little bit too much rice for the ratio. Now, I do want you to set your expectations right. It's $20 AYCE! It means there are some things that will not be top notch in taste or quality but they nail the important things right! Spacious restaurant which I love. Nice and bright. It is a little chilly in there at first. Our server is very sweet. Attentive and even remember our preference for the order!

I visited this all-you-can-eat sushi spot for lunch, and it was a great experience! When we arrived, there were just a few other tables, but it started getting busier as we ate. A word of advice: make sure to order any additional food while you're still eating since it did take a bit to get food. The service was excellent--our server was not only attentive but also super helpful, even pointing out what the table next to us was having because it looked so good. And they were right; everything was delicious. I definitely got my money's worth of sushi and left feeling full and satisfied. I'll be back for sure.

A few friends and I came in for some sushi. Weekend price is same as dinner which is 29.99 per adult for AYCE- what a steal. Lunch menu is 19.99 per person. Very modern decor through out. Full bar available. -They have happy hour all day on the weekends so that's a plus! I love the iced sake decanters that they have! All of the rolls were pretty good, but the king tuna roll was my favorite! We did notice a lot of the rolls had the same combinations so that's one thing I would recommend is throwing some different ingredients like cilantro, crunch onion/garlic, maybe mushrooms somewhere. Also hot oil would be a great option to add& Maybe a spicy edemame. The menu left out some descriptions on a few appetizer items - for example : the shumai which I've always known to be shrimp - the staff said it was actually chicken here which made it hard for a pescatarian to know which items were within the dietary restrictions but not a big deal as the staff had answers for everything. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and attentive to our table and even interacted with the child in our party which was great. Food overall I'd say a 4.5 some things not as great as others. Veggie udon noodles -5/5 soooo flavor full King tuna roll-5/5 Fox lady roll -4/5 Kiss on fire -3.5 /5 Hawaiian 4/5 Peppered tuna-5/5 White tuna sushi-5/5 Calamari-2.5/5 Lychee sake- 5/5
